Young beautiful woman in white cotton underwear sitting isolated on white background[/caption]Whether it occurs on your face or body, loose, crepey skin can have a negative impact on both your appearance and your self-confidence. Fortunately, technological advances have made Skin Tightening Michigan options more effective and long lasting than ever,

Led by board-certified cosmetic surgeon Dr. Jessica West, Michigan Center for Cosmetic Services is among the leading practices in the country to offer advanced skin tightening treatments by Inmode, including FaceTite, AccuTite, BodyTite, and Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling.

FaceTite, BodyTite and AccuTite are minimally invasive procedures that utilize radiofrequency energy to contract the fibrous network under the skin for tightening. They also trigger your body to produce its own collagen for a natural improvement in the appearance of the skin, along with tightening from the new formation of collagen. When discussing how long these skin tightening results last, the results don’t “undo” themselves like filler (which dissolves) or botox (which gets used up by the muscles), but your body with continue to age and you may want additional services in 4-5 years. Each person’s body and aging process is unique, and affected by genetics, exposure to environmental factors, and each person’s skincare routine.

FaceTite Skin Tightening

FaceTite is an advanced, minimally invasive treatment that uses FDA-approved RFAL technology to remodel the skin, and lift and contour facial problem areas. The procedure can be used to treat areas such as the lower face, neck, jowls, and double chin without the scars or downtime of traditional facial plastic surgery.

FaceTite results generally last between four to five years. Maintenance treatments can be conducted as necessary to address the continuing effects of aging. This procedure is performed entirely under local anesthesia, and does not require sedation or general anesthesia. Patients are comfortable throughout the entire procedure, and only require Tylenol or Motrin after the procedure due to minimal discomfort. After FaceTite, patients are required to wear a face wrap full time for one week, and then part time (8-12 hours a day) for the following week.

Accutite Skin Tightening

AccuTite also uses RFAL technology to tighten the skin and remodel underlying fat deposits. AccuTite is used to treat the smaller and more delicate areas of the face and body, such as the brows, upper and lower eyes, nasolabial folds, chin, bra rolls, knees, and more.

The rejuvenating effects of AccuTite can last 4-5 years. Lifestyle choices such as proper diet and exercise can help prolong treatment results. This procedure is performed entirely under local anesthesia, and does not require sedation or general anesthesia. Patients are comfortable throughout the entire procedure, and only require Tylenol or Motrin after the procedure due to minimal discomfort.

BodyTite Skin Tightening

Like its sister treatments FaceTite and AccuTite, BodyTite uses radio-frequency energy to tighten the skin, as well as the fibrous network below the skin, on areas such as the thighs or upper arms. BodyTite can also effectively reduce the appearance of cellulite. The fat reduced with this treatment is reduced permanently, although it is still possible to gain weight.

With a healthy diet and an active lifestyle, BodyTite results can usually last up to five years.

Morpheus 8 Radio-frequency Microneedling

Morpheus8 is an advanced non-surgical microneedling treatment that uses radio-frequency to stimulate collagen production to tighten and smooth skin on the face and body. During the procedure, coated micropins penetrate the skin and deliver RF energy into the dermis at a deeper level than other microneedling options.

The results of Morpheus8 can last up to 12 to 18 months. Annual follow-up sessions are needed to maintain results. Morpheus8 works with FaceTite and AccuTite to provide additional tightening and improvement to the skin. Morpheus8 also induces collagen production and is used to improve fine lines and wrinkles, acne and acne scars, pore size, and tighten skin.
