Non-Surgical Treatments

What Areas of the Face Does a Liquid Lift Target?

If you are bothered by common signs of facial aging such as fine lines, wrinkles and creases but don’t want a surgical procedure, you might consider a nonsurgical liquid facelift. Liquid facelifts use injectable fillers to plump the skin, smoothing away wrinkles and even mild drooping skin.

Take a look at the areas of your face that dermal fillers can sculpt, as well as the limitations of a liquid facelift to help determine if this nonsurgical anti-aging treatment could be right for you.

Areas a Liquid Facelift Can Treat

One of the benefits of a liquid facelift is that it can treat a number of trouble spots at the same time, including:

  • Loss of facial volume in the cheeks
  • Hollowed under-eyes
  • Fine lines and wrinkles around the nose and mouth
  • Creases near the mouth that cause jowls
  • Loose skin and wrinkles in the chin and neck area

Liquid Facelift Limitations

While dermal fillers can help to plump the skin in order to diminish mild skin sagging, they aren’t the most effective option to address significant skin laxity in the lower  face or neck. Fillers can, however, be combined with nonsurgical skin tightening treatments such as FaceTite to effectively treat both wrinkles and loose skin.

Who’s a Good Candidate for a Liquid Facelift?

Anyone in good physical and mental health who is looking for a nonsurgical alternative to a facelift could be a good candidate for a liquid facelift.
