First Contact & Scheduling
First, you set up your appointment by either putting in an online request or by calling our office. During this step, you’ll need to have your concerns, goals, and basic medical history ready.
Complimentary Consultation
We start with a consultation prior to all treatments. This allows Dr. Jessica West and her team to get to know you, understand your unique goals, and appropriately address the underlying cause of your concern.
Personalized Treatment Planning
With this information, Dr. West creates a totally customized treatment plan that revolves around your needs, schedule, and comfort. Keep in mind that the only treatment we provide the same day as your consultation is Botox and Dysport.
Pre-Treatment Preparation
We’ll provide you with detailed pre and post-care instructions, which may include instructions about medication, skincare, and lifestyle adjustments. For some prescriptions, you may need to speak with your primary care provider before taking a break for treatment.
Treatment Day Experience
Our team will bring you back to our private treatment room, prepping your skin and answering any last-minute questions before we begin. While you’re in Dr. West’s capable hands, your experience will be as comfortable as possible.
Aftercare & Recovery
Some treatments come with zero downtime, while others may require a longer recovery period. Be sure to follow all instructions carefully to ensure best results from our treatment. We’re available to answer questions throughout this step.
Follow-Up & Ongoing Support
We’ll schedule a follow-up appointment to ensure you’re still looking and feeling your best. In order to maintain your enhanced look, you may need to return for ongoing care. We’re honored to support your anti-aging and rejuvenation efforts over time.
